Brighton, N.Y. – Fighting back tears, billionaire Tom Golisano announced Tuesday he plans to donate $360 million to 80 nonprofit organizations across Upstate New York. The 82-year-old Paychex founder then announced the recipients and the amount they would receive, noting it was the first time they were receiving the news.
