COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCSC) – Gov. Henry McMaster requested a pair of disaster declarations for a total of 15 counties in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Debby. The storm, which made landfall in South Carolina on Aug. 8, damaged more than 900 homes and left more than $16 million in infrastructure damage and public agency costs in its wake.
