ORLANDO, Fla. – The criminal trial for suspended Orlando City Commissioner Regina Hill won’t happen until after the new year. Hill is charged with exploiting a 96-year-old constituent out of more than $100,000 and using the woman’s identity to help secure a $428,000 mortgage for a home in Orlando.
