Lucy Buffett has selected a new President and Chief Operating Officer for her restaurant group, and it’s someone well known in Alabama’s coastal culinary scene. Buffett has LuLu’s restaurants in Gulf Shores, Ala.; Destin, Fla.; and North Myrtle Beach, S.C. They’ll now fall under the oversight of Mobile native Johnny Fisher, who has some experience with LuLu’s, having managed the Gulf Shores restaurant from 2005 to 2012.
