Man taken into custody after Emerson St. rollover crash

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man was charged after a rollover crash on Emerson Street late Monday night.

Rochester police responded to the 400 block of Emerson St. and found an overturned SUV. Investigators said the vehicle was heading eastbound towards Dewey Ave. when it hit a parked, empty car before spinning out of control and landing on its side.

The only occupant of the car, a 29-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of DWI. That man has not been identified by police.

No injuries were reported in the crash.
