Philadelphia’s plan to tackle homelessness has a new leader at the helm. Mayor Cherelle L. Parker has appointed Cheryl Hill as the new Executive Director of the Office of Homeless Services (OHS), reported by the City of Philadelphia. With over three decades of experience in strategic leadership and housing, Hill is expected to carry forward and effectively enhance the City’s efforts to make homelessness a rare, brief, and nonrecurring issue.
