Phoenix drivers rank middle-of-the-road when it comes to road rage , according to a new study.
Louisiana ranked first for the state having the most road rage, and Rhode Island ranked the lowest. Arizona, meanwhile, ranked 23rd.
The results came from a study conducted by H&P Law, a personal injury law firm out of Nevada. The firm analyzed data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Trace, a nonprofit newsroom focused on gun violence, for all 50 states.
The study looked at multiple factors, from firearm-related incidents to accidents related to aggressive or careless driving, fatalities from aggressive or careless driving and speeding violations. Fatal car accidents and firearm-related incidents were weighted most heavily.
