(Cedar Rapids, IA) — Police say a Cedar Rapids man was travelling at 116mph when he crashed on Highway 100 last month. Thirty-eight year-old Rickey Brooks of Cedar Rapids is facing several charges including reckless driving in connection with the crash that sent him and another driver to the hospital.
