TULSA, OK (KTUL) – A man was arrested in Tulsa for allegedly flashing a gun after not being able to pay for two packs of soda. On Monday around 2:30 pm, Tulsa police responded to Walmart near Admiral and Memorial after receiving a call about a shoplifter brandishing a gun.
