VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – A woman has been served two summons for intoxication at a high school, the Virginia Beach Police Department said. On Sept. 12, an officer at Princess Anne Middle School responded to a report of an intoxicated individual. When officers arrived, they found 56-year-old Caroline Power intoxicated with alcohol in her possession.
