(KWCH) – While obvious that Friday night’s deadly crash on K-96 near the 13th Street exit happened because a vehicle was traveling east in westbound lanes, several questions remain about what led up to the fiery collision, chief among which is a question we may never know: why the wrong-way driver was traveling into oncoming traffic.
