DES MOINES, Iowa – Des Moines police have identified the person killed in a Sunday shooting. Police announced Sunday they had arrested Kyonta Lavon Taylor, 25, of Des Moines, on multiple charges, including voluntary manslaughter. Police say Taylor was part of an argument that turned into a fight at a convenience store parking lot in the 1400 block of Second Avenue early Sunday morning.
