Katherine Polimerou will be honored for her Gold Award – which created over 100 cookbooks to combat food fatigue – on October 25. This year is Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas’ 20th annual Women of Distinction event, a luncheon celebrating girl scouts and professionals in the community.
