STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Twelve units and 60 firefighters responded to a call of an electrical fire at a residence in New Dorp Monday afternoon. The “all hands” blaze was reported just after 4 p.m. in one of the units of a six-story apartment building located 26 Ebbitts St. between Mill Road and Hylan Boulevard, an FDNY spokesperson said.
