SALINA, N.Y. – A man was hit by a car on the Onondaga Lake Parkway in Salina around 9:45 p.m. on Sunday, September 15, according to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office. The car versus pedestrian incident caused the parkway to be closed from near the Village of Liverpool to Syracuse for nearly 6 hours.
