ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) – Roanoke City Public Schools (RCPS) saidJames Breckinridge Middle School will be closed on Tuesday due to a threat. On Tuesday morning, RCPS leaders became aware of a threat made on Instagram that directly references James Breckinridge Middle School. Administrators and the Roanoke Police Department are investigating, the district said.
