FRANKFORT, Ky. (WYMT) – Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear honored a Whitley County man who was killed during the Korean War. Sgt. Raymond E. Hall of Mountain Ash was a member of the 19th infantry regiment. Officials said he was killed what was called the “Suncheon Tunnel Massacre,” along with 65 other prisoners of war.
