Frisco man pleads guilty in tax scheme, forced to pay over $38 million

DALLAS – A North Texas man is being forced to pay millions of dollars in restitution after withholding payroll taxes from employees’ paychecks. 55-year-old Ronald James Paolucci of Frisco was sentenced to over four years in prison yesterday, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office Northern District of Texas. According to a release, Paolucci was the co-founder of American Management Staffing (AMS) in Frisco, Texas, a company that provided temporary staffing services to clients.
