DES MOINES, Iowa – A Des Moines woman has been arrested after police say she set a homeless tent on fire. Tina Davidson, 49, has been charged with first-degree arson. According to a criminal complaint, Davidson set fire to a tent with people inside Monday afternoon near Euclid Avenue on Des Moines’s north side.
