Salina, N.Y. – An 18-year-old hit by a vehicle on the Onondaga Lake Parkway Sunday has been identified. The victim is Fabrisi Wakunda, of Syracuse, according to Thomas Newton, a spokesperson for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office. He is still in critical condition at Upstate University Hospital, he said.
