Lafayette Consolidated Government inspectors returned to the Himbola Manor Apartment complex where, just weeks ago, more than 130 code violations were found. Residents said they are continuing to live in hell. LCG inspected each apartment on Tuesday, September 17, looking to see if any repairs had been made. It was the second round of inspections from LCG at Himbola and residents are still upset, saying conditions have only gotten worse over time and the owners still aren’t fixing the problems.
