BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome will be joined by other community leaders on Wednesday, Sept. 18 to break ground on a new MOVEBR project. Officials will gather in front of St. Gerard Catholic Church at 10 a.m. to announce the groundbreaking of the Plank Road Corridor Enhancement/Bus Rapid Transit Project.
