GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – There’s a lot of talk recently around one particular disturbance in the tropics, specifically on the potential impacts to the U.S. We’re currently watching for an area of low pressure to form late this weekend or early next week over the northwestern Caribbean Sea. Once it forms, there’s a possibility for slow development through the middle of next week as it moves to the north or northwest over the northwestern Caribbean Sea or the southeastern Gulf of Mexico. There’s currently a low chance of development between now and Tuesday.
