MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A Prichard man will spend five years behind bars as part of a plea bargain in a murder case. Zyione Fagin on Monday pleaded guilty to murder. This morning, Judge Vicki Davis accepted the prosecutions’ recommendation of a 20-year sentence with all but five years suspended. Fagin will be on probation for three years following his prison sentence.
