Three Arrested in Trafficking of 13-Year-Old KY Girl, One Sought For Questioning

September 17, 2024 – The continuing investigation by Youth Services Division detectives into the trafficking of a 13-year-old Kentucky girl, who ran away from Oak Grove last Christmas Eve and was located in the Cayce Homes neighborhood on January 9, has now led to the arrest of three Nashville men.

Octavius Stepheny, 31, was arrested last night on a grand jury indictment for trafficking for a commercial sex act. He is jailed on $100,000 bond.

Kemar Robinson, 32, was arrested on January 2 and transported to Sumner County on an outstanding sexual battery charge. He was transported back to Davidson County on March 1 and booked on several charges and indictments for rape, aggravated statutory rape, and especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. He remains jailed on $85,000 bond.

Corey Chambers, 47, was arrested on August 29 on a grand jury indictment for aggravated statutory rape. He remains jailed on $75,000 bond.

The investigation, led by Detective Christopher Beery, indicates others may have also been involved with the victim during the two weeks she was in Nashville. They are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Wilbert Pollard, 26, who is wanted for questioning as a witness as he’s believed to have direct knowledge of those that had contact with the 13-year-old.
