SAN ANTONIO – Crime Stoppers and San Antonio police are offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest in a fatal hit-and-run on the Northwest Side. Shortly before 7 a.m. on Sept. 12, Maria Martinez, 67, was walking across the street in the 500 block of Babcock Road when she was hit by a truck. Investigators said she was not in a crosswalk and the area was not well-lit.
