WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – 33-year-old Alicia Ramos on Sept. 18 was arrested in connection to the shooting of two people. Per the Wilmington Police Department, officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation near 500 N. 30th Street and officers nearby found a Mercedes-Benz speeding away from the scene and detained the driver.
