NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – A woman charged in the deadly North Charleston crash that killed two teens now faces additional charges, police say. Ashner Nelson, 29, has been charged with two counts of felony DUI in addition to her original charges of reckless homicide, police spokesman Harve Jacobs said.
