By now, Alabama music fans are aware that Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested earlier this week on serious charges. Interestingly, before his arrest, Diddy wiped his Instagram account, leaving only two images—one of his daughter Chance and the other of his daughter Love.
Under a post celebrating Chance’s 18th birthday a couple of weeks ago, the comment section erupted, with many users not holding back with their thoughts. Diddy’s heartfelt message read: “My babygirl turned 18 today. I’m so proud of you, Chance. I love you.” Despite the celebratory tone, the responses took a sharp turn.
Hugh Sossa remarked, “5 nights at Diddy’s,” while HeyItstyler added, “Cassie was somebody’s daughter too.”
Welkimtomyworld harshly stated, “One year younger than Cassie when you started grooming and abusing her.”
In contrast, Uniquesistah urged empathy, saying, “I have one question. This baby has nothing to do with her father. It’s her birthday y’all. Give her some respect, she already catching hell reading these comments. Give her a break and wish her a HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Happy birthday baby.”
