Jordan Love’s Return Gets a Huge Update That Will Fire Up Packers Fans

The Green Bay Packers entered the 2024 NFL season as one of the favorites to make the playoffs in the NFC. However, their aspirations seemed to take a hit early when starting quarterback Jordan Love went down in the Packers’ Week 1 game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

On the final drive of the game—the league’s first international matchup of the season in São Paulo, Brazil—Love suffered what was later diagnosed as an MCL sprain in his left knee.

Love missed Week 2’s home opener against the Indianapolis Colts, but backup quarterback Malik Willis stepped in, leading the Packers to a 16-10 victory. He went 12-for-14 for 122 yards passing and one touchdown, with additional 41 yards rushing.

On Wednesday, the Packers and their fans received a positive update regarding Love’s return. For the first time since his injury, Love was seen participating in Packers practice. According to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky , Love went through stretching and early drills, although he wore a sleeve on his injured left leg.
