LINCOLN, Neb. – Nebraska congressional leaders put pressure on Gov. Jim Pillen to return the state to a “winner-take-all.” In a letter to Pillen and Speaker John Arch, Congressman Mike Flood, Sen. Deb Fischer, Sen. Pete Ricketts, Congressman Don Bacon and Congressman Adrian Smith all urge to turn Nebraska to a “winner-take-all.”
