Sean Combs complains of horrific jail conditions but is denied bail a second time

No bail for Diddy

Virginians if you are invested in the Sean Combs situation there is an update as of Wednesday evening. The AP reports that a second judge denied bond for the music mogul stating that no amount of bail money would prfevent Combs from witness tampering.

U.S. District Judge Andrew L. Carter handed down the ruling after prosecutors and defense lawyers presented strenuous arguments for and against a $50 million bail package that would allow Combs to be released to home detention with GPS monitoring and strict limitations on who could visit him.

Diddy can’t take the heat

Yahoo News reveals that Sean Combs is complaining about “horrific” conditions at MDC in New York and said he shouldn’t be subjected to the federal lockup in New York City because of murders and suicides that have occurred in that facility in recent years.

The judge disagreed, saying Diddy is a threat to the community. Some Virginians had concerns that the music mogul’s money and high-powered lawyers would keep him from being prosecuted. His status did not stop a grand jury from indicting him on the following.
