Iowa school leaders, law officials react to latest arrests after threats

DES MOINES, Iowa – Schools in Pella and Centerville saw the most recent spate of school threats this week, and two Iowa teens are now charged with threats of terrorism. According to Pella Police, a staff member was made aware of a potential verbal threat made toward the school. School officials immediately notified police and the 16-year-old male student who made the alleged threat was removed from class.
