Yesterday, there was some pretty bad flooding across the north end of the Outer Banks. That location got hit not once but twice with heavy downpours. Chief meteorologist Jeff Edmondson left me some rainfall totals from down there. The amounts were about 10 inches or more between Southern Shores and Corolla. Wow!
