JANESVILLE, Wis. (WMTV) – On Thursday, “Delivering Bags of Hope” will be holding a charity concert, hosted by the School District of Janesville. The concert will be held at the Rock County Historical Society starting at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 19. This year the concert will feature Rod Tuffcurls & the Bench Press, which is a high energy band from Chicago.
