Joyce DeWitt Reflects on ‘Three’s Company’ Legacy

Actress Joyce DeWitt, known for her role as Janet on the beloved sitcom "Three’s Company," recently spoke about the show’s enduring impact as it marks its 40th anniversary.

DeWitt has received numerous fan letters over the years, many of which express gratitude for the show’s ability to provide comfort during difficult times. She believes that the characters’ unwavering support for each other resonated with viewers.

DeWitt fondly remembers her co-stars, Suzanne Somers and John Ritter, as exceptional comedic talents. She holds Ritter in particularly high esteem, describing working with him as an "adventure and a gift."

Despite ending in 1984, "Three’s Company" remains popular today. Fans can now stream the series on 80s Sitcom Flashback. A special 40th Anniversary DVD set is also available, featuring all eight seasons of the show.
