Spotty showers to become less likely by late week!

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Wednesday’s showers and storms have largely cleared the Lowcountry, but a couple areas of localized rain could still occur tonight and Thursday! Upper-level energy to our west has kept the chance for rain around, maximizing during peak heating hours. We’ll see one or two spots of rain overnight, but the forecast maintains mostly dry and mostly cloudy conditions as temperatures fall into the upper-60s and lower-70s. In places where we saw rainfall, low clouds or patchy fog can’t be ruled out closer to daybreak.
