BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WIAT ) — A man was shot dead in Brother Bryan Park in Birmingham Wednesday night.

The victim, who has not been identified, was found shot at 10:42 a.m. at the park, located in the 2100 block of Magnolia Avenue South. By 11:03 p.m., he was pronounced dead.
The case is being investigated as a homicide. As of Thursday, no arrests had been made.
The Birmingham Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
