Artist preserves memories from the North Carolina Folk Festival

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — More than 100,000 people visited downtown Greensboro for the North Carolina Folk Festival.

It has become a celebration that brings a wide variety of music to the stage every year.

To celebrate the tenth anniversary, organizers wanted to create something that captured the spirit of the performances. Brad Jones found out the story behind this special piece of art that was Made in North Carolina.

All of the money raised from the sale of the prints will help with the cost of putting on the festival, since it’s a non-profit event. If you want to find out more about Terry Wessling’s art and purchase a piece for your collection, check out his website www.twessling.com .
