HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) – The Army Corps of Engineers held its final meeting for the Waccamaw River Flood Risk Management study in Conway on Wednesday. The three public input meetings come after two years of research and three years of study to find solutions to the flood risk along the Waccamaw River basin.
