ROYSE CITY, TX (KDAF) – If you’ve got the need for speed, we’ve found where you can race the fastest go karts in Texas.
It’s the Dallas Karting Complex. They’ve got karts that will go up to 60 miles per hour. They have two different tracks you can race. There’s not an age limit, but there is a height limit. You must be at least 50” tall to drive the cadet 30 mile per hour kart and you have to be at least 42” tall to be a passenger in the two-seater kart.
The Dallas Karting Complex also runs a rental kart racing league where you can sign up to race their karts against other drivers. They’ll provide everything you need; you just show up and race.
