STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The FDNY responded to a crash involving a school bus and an SUV on Manor Road in Sea View during the morning rush hour on Thursday. Manor Road was blocked during the emergency response to the crash, which occurred around 6:35 a.m. near William H. Pouch Scout Camp.
