MARYLAND – The first phase of mail-in ballots for the General Election will be sent starting Friday. The Maryland State Board of Elections says more than 578,000 ballots are being mailed and more than 91,000 are being delivered online. Voters who requested ballots by mail should expect to receive them within five days.
