The organization, Gateway Arch Park Foundation, is under contract to purchase the hotel that has sat vacant off South 4th Street since 2014.

According to a news release, the foundation will work with the City of St. Louis and Greater St. Louis, Inc. on a plan to redevelop and address the future of the property.

The Gateway Arch Park Foundation has partnered with Gateway Arch National Park, the Riverfront, and Kiener Plaza to conserve popular downtown areas.
