New Orleans city officials are recognizing the owners of a Mid City restaurant after they coordinated delivery for over 70,500 meals this summer. The New Orleans City Council on Thursday presented a proclamation to Isaac and Amanda Toups, owners of Toups Meatery, for their efforts to help feed families across the city.
