RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – The recent surge in school threats is not only having an impact here in the Black Hills, but around the country as well. Ever since the Apalachee High School deadly shooting in Georgia a few weeks ago, there has been an increase in fake threats throughout the U.S.
