(WSET) – Alleghany County deputies said a 39-year-old school employee has been charged with crimes committed against a minor after an undercover chat operation. On September 10, investigators with the Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Division began an online undercover chat operation with a suspected sexual predator. The suspect was later identified as Kevin Lee Joyce, from Roanoke County, deputies said.
