Syracuse, N.Y. — A North Side bar with a history of noise complaints and rowdy crowds has been ordered to close, city officials said. The owner of Tommy’s Bar and Grill, 625 Wolf Street, voluntarily turned in the bar’s state liquor license to the state on Tuesday, but hadn’t announced plans to close.
