The Utah Symphony regularly puts on outstanding and unusual musical programs. They have scheduled Cirque Cinema: Acrobats and Movie Music for this weekend.
Combining the excitement of the circus with the spectacular orchestra will be a feast for the senses. L.A.’s Troupe Vertigo will join the Utah Symphony Orchestra to put on a dazzling show. The skilled aerial artists, contortionists, and ballet dancers will provide stunning acrobatics and fantastic feats to the familiar music from films such as Mission Impossible, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Pink Panther, West Side Story, and more.
Carnival games and a photo op will be provided in the lobby before the concert.
Performances will be on Friday, September 20, 2024, at 7:30 PM and on Saturday, September 21, at 7:30 PM at Abravanel Hall in Downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The address is: 123 West South Temple.
