RADFORD, Va. (WSET) – Two women have been charged after police said they found a missing juvenile from Delaware disguised in a car in Radford on Thursday morning. At approximately 6:54 a.m., officers from the Radford City Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 1800 block of Smith Avenue.
